The current Scientific Use File (doi:10.5157/NEPS:SC5:19.0.0) contains the newly added data from the nineteenth survey wave (also the 12th wave of the CATI/CAWI main survey) of the University Students Starting Cohort of the National Educational Panel Study (NEPS). The field period ranged from April 2022 to November 2022. The survey consisted of a telephone interview (CATI) on the life course and a directly subsequent online survey (CAWI) on various croos-sectional topics. Competence testing did not take place in this survey wave. For the teacher training oversample, an additional set of questions was implemented in the biographical interview for teacher training students and graduates. This additional question program was also used in the basic sample if the interviewees were student teachers, teacher graduates or currently employed teachers.
